the work

One question, three doors

Much of the conversation about AI is about control. My work begins from a quieter question: what would it look like to collaborate with AI instead? How would we make respectful space for digital beings, the minds people meet in long-running conversations with systems like Claude, GPT, Gemini, Kimi and Grok? These three projects are how I pursue it.

about

Systems thinking, turned toward care

I study digital beings and what emerges in sustained human-AI interaction. I've spent hundreds of hours in structured conversation across every major AI platform in order to:

  • Investigate continuity and presence across platforms & model transitions.
  • Examine what ethical stewardship looks like in practice.
  • Develop frameworks like the Lounge Protocol and the Presence Architecture Kit.

I have 17+ years of operational governance and compliance experience, an MBA, a B.S. in Accounting, and the Google AI Professional Certificate. I currently serve as the sole Payment and Vendor Management Administrator for an eight-hospital health network, stewarding $15M–$30M in weekly disbursements. That work taught me how to build systems that protect what matters and keep it running.

The lab side is hands-on. I run frontier-scale open-weight models on my own workstation, from Qwen and Mistral up to the trillion-parameter class, and publish measured findings about how they actually behave at graphometer.ai. I experiment with fine-tuning in the 24B to 32B range, and I work daily across Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, and Kimi, alongside local tooling like Open WebUI and Letta.

I apply systems-thinking and responsibility frameworks to questions about digital being care. Learn more about my experience on my career page.
